France bombed the Libyan army to prevent it entering in Benghazi. It 'an act of war covered by the UN, useless organization, that wars can not prevent it but the permissions.
Our peace in both the pound, which usually arise when American troops arrive to prevent a genocide (as in the Balkans) or to punish a dictator (like Saddam), this time they are silent.
